We cannot understand everything, so what should we pay attention to? It is too personal and subjective a question to be able to give a definitive answer.

I have decided to value what I feel and don’t suffocate it. I have the right to feel and think what I think. But this is true for me. For others, it may not be the correct attitude. Everyone must evaluate themselves. It takes a meta-cognition that allows us to distinguish it.
A path to knowledge could consist in destructuring what one knows until one reaches the point where the awareness of the wideness of own ignorance arises.
